Required Skills/Experience: 1 YR of Skilled SNF and/or LTC Experience. No first-time travelers accepted.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
- Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. -- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. No call. This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
