Required Credentials:
- Earned degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
Unit Details:
- Provides evaluation, consultation, and treatment of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Supervises and instructs professional and supportive staff, volunteers, students, and Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Maintains progress reports, daily notes, and special reports related to patient care.
- Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri with occasional weekend coverage for inpatient/swing bed evaluations.
- Extended hours may be required based on job necessity.
