Unit Details:
- Part of the Acute Care Physical Therapy team.
- Evaluates patients and plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the professional practice of Physical Therapy.
- Assesses patients, develops treatment plans, delivers services, and documents services.
- Provides education and consultation.
- Supports discharge and transition planning.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Rotates weekends, equating to working 1 weekend a month.
