Required Skills/Experience:
Ability to manage a caseload independently is required.
Experience with spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, multiple trauma, hip fractures, bilateral knee replacements, post-cardiac surgery, post-COVID, medically complex/debilitating patients, post-orthopedic procedures, general orthopedics (surgical and non-surgical), sports medicine, developmental pediatrics, higher-functioning neurologic diagnoses, spinal patients (surgical and non-surgical), and similar skilled-nursing patients is required.
First-time travelers are not preferred but may be considered based on experience and skillset.

Time-off approval is discussed during the interview.
Unit Details:
Inpatient rehabilitation patients include spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, multiple trauma, hip fractures, bilateral knee replacements, post-cardiac surgery, post-COVID, and medically complex/debilitating patients.
Acute-care patients include post-cardiac and post-orthopedic procedure patients and medically complex/debilitating patients.
Outpatient patients include general orthopedics (surgical and non-surgical), sports medicine, developmental pediatrics, higher-functioning neurologic diagnoses, and spinal patients (surgical and non-surgical).
Skilled nursing patients are similar to inpatient rehabilitation patients.
A full caseload is expected by the end of the week.
Skilled Nursing uses AOD and is transitioning to Meditech Expanse.
Shift & Scheduling:
Outpatient PT coverage is Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays; IPR and acute-care coverage usually includes one weekend per month.
Hours depend on location.
No call.
Floating Requirements:
No floating between facilities unless otherwise specified.
