Required Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years current PT Inpatient experience.
Required Credentials:
- Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Special Requests:
- All RTO and scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission and verified at upload; requests after upload, during interview, or after offer will not be approved and may lead to a rescinded offer.
- No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
Unit Details:
- Provides PT treatments to employees/patients based on evaluation of need and status.
- Maintains appropriate records and assists with in-services and Community Health Program.
- Inpatient rehabilitation setting with a therapeutic pool and physical therapy department on site.
- Patient population: pediatric to geriatric.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Tues-Sat or Sun-Thursday schedule.
- Weekend and holiday rotation required.
- No call.
