Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of all radiographic equipment to include DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, portable DR equipment
Preferred Skills / Experience: Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro
Required Credentials: Must be assigned a dosimetry badge
Shift & Scheduling: Average of 3 call days per month. Holidays as required.
Special Requests: Must arrive on island the Thursday before a Monday start to attend Employee Health clearance on Friday morning, 48-72 hours prior to start. Time-off requests are not guaranteed.

Travel X-Ray Tech jobs are widely available in hospitals, urgent care, trauma centers, and outpatient clinics in urban, suburban, and rural settings. Job descriptions cover general diagnostic radiography and patient positioning, sometimes with cross-training in CT or other modalities. These roles are rewarding because X-ray imaging is the starting point for so much patient care - and travel contracts typically pay above staff rates.
