RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required skills/experience: Work Settings, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Equipment, GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba, Abdomen and Pelvis, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Chest, Chest without and/or with contrast, Head and Neck, Head without and/or with contrast, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Starting Peripheral IV’s, Spine and Musculoskeletal, Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic, Age specific competency, Neonate, Infant, Child, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult
Required credentials: BLS Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY.
Shift & schedule requirements: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Call Not scheduled, voluntary.
