Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1 year of dedicated CT experience required; multi-modality experience does not qualify.
- Starting peripheral IVs required. Must be highly proficient with IV insertion.
- GE,PACS and Siemens Experience required. (Hard stop)
- Will accept a first time traveler, but MUST have 3-5 years of general CT exp. OR 1-2 years in a level 1 trauma center.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Teaching Hospital Experience
- Community Hospital Experience
Unit Details:
- Cardiac, oncology, trauma, pain management, and interventional caseload.
- Complex academic healthcare system with a Level 1 trauma program.
- Outpatient imaging, inpatient imaging, CT intervention, pain management, portable neuro CT imaging, portable OR imaging, dedicated CTs in the ED, and pediatric and neonatal imaging.
- Will rotate through inpatient, outpatient, and ED areas.
- Outpatient rotation is inside the cancer center with primarily oncology patients.
- Works with pediatric patients.
- Uses GE, PACS, and Siemens systems/equipment.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM.
Floating Requirements:
- Outpatient rotation is inside the cancer center- with primarily oncology patients.
- Will rotate through multiple areas: inpatient, outpatient, and ED.
