- Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.
- Associate's Degree in Related Field OR -Certificate in Radiologic Technology
Unit Details: Performs diagnostic general radiological procedures using various imaging equipment. Administers IV, oral, and rectal contrast when appropriate. Uses PACS, web servers, and email systems to send exams for preliminary after-hours readings. May perform duties of other modalities within the department if licensed or cross-trained.
Shift & Scheduling: Thursday, Friday, Saturday schedule. Holiday shifts include July 4th.
Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
