Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Multispecialty position must have general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill experience.
Required Credentials:
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit/Facility Details:
- Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
- Uses Change Healthcare; training available on assignment.
- Will be assisting with precepting clinicians.
- Parking Notes: Free in any unrestricted space
Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call required: 5pm - 8am Monday - Friday and 24 hours Saturday & Sunday.
- Weekends required for on-call.
