Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II ED experience and/or 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience. Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical care experience preferred.
Special Requests: Prefer 1 reference from the last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted. Must stay through 1/9/27.
Unit Details: BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Very busy ED serving 350-440 patients/day. Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms while on assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: 2 weekends in a 4 week schedule period. Every other holiday. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week; 48 hours preferred.
Floating Requirements: Must be flexible to float to Psych ED and Pedi ED; in Pedi ED, care for patients age 15+ unless previous pediatric experience.
