Unit Details: Patient population includes maternity women and newborns.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend rotates/as needed. On-call: 3 (12-hour shifts per 4-week schedule).

Floating Requirements: As needed, must be able to perform in L&D, Nursery, and Postpartum units.
