Additional Details:

In addition to a valid driver’s license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name, match the address on your driver’s license, and be issued within the last 3 months. Accepted documents: • Cell phone bill • Electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi-Fi bill • Mortgage statement or lease agreement

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• CRRT skills preferred.

Special Requests:

• Local travelers are not accepted; address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility.

Shift & Scheduling:

• RTO: 5 days or less.

Floating Requirements:

• Will float within scope to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities, if there is a need.
