    Additional Information

    Resume: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and whether it was a teaching facility.

    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Would like at least 2 years of experience if possible.

    Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. If previously employed by Sanford Health, employment must have ended at least 6 months before submission. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

    Unit Details: Caring for patients in the orthopedic unit/joint replacement center. Administer meds, assess, monitor, prep for surgical procedures, administer blood products, provide education, and work with C.N.A.'s to provide all cares needed. The joint replacement center has specific quality metrics and standards for patients. Also cares for many trauma patients and general medical-surgical patients. Will never work alone.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday. No call required.

    Floating Requirements: May float to med-surg units.
