Required Skills/Experience: Peripheral IV experience. Comfort with telemetry interpretation and recognition.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract. Candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Common diagnoses include diabetes, kidney injury, neurocognitive conditions, sepsis, and alcohol withdrawal. Continuous Peritoneal Ambulatory Dialysis. Remote telemetry on the unit.

Shift & Scheduling: No on-call required. Weekends required: every other weekend. Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Floating Requirements: May float across the MST division to other units based on skill set and to PH&S facilities including Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent. If floating consecutive shifts to Seaside, hotel will be offered. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
