Required Skills/Experience:

• Pediatric-only RNs will not be considered.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Charge RN experience preferred.

Unit Details:

• Critical access hospital setting.
• Primarily adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric patients; this is not a dedicated pediatric unit.
• Broad scope of practice includes medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care.
• May serve as Charge RN when needed.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flex day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Travelers start on Wednesdays.
• During orientation week, 48-hour contracts will be scheduled for 36 hours due to the midweek start.
• Holidays as required.
