Unit Details: Cares for young adult, adult, and elderly patients. Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring/intervention, sedation, pain management, chest tube care/insertion, medication administration, pre- and post-cardiac cath care, TPN/PPN, KODA, central line access, COBRA, specialized IV drips and titration, IV therapy, IVADD, waived testing, transfusion therapy, and information management.
