Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Cardiac Progressive Care or Cardiac Step-Down experience.
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient pediatric cardiology experience (ICU or Intermediate Care).
• Strong working knowledge of pediatric three-stage single ventricle care.
• Must be competent caring for pediatric cardiology patients, including single ventricle, heart transplant, and ventricular assist device (VAD) patients.

Special Requests:

• No RTO approved during the first 2 weeks of the assignment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
• No on-call.
• Required to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor.
• Maximum 5 days RTO on 13-week contract.

Floating Requirements:

• May float or be reassigned to other areas of practice within clinical competence to fulfill scheduled hours.
