Required Skills/Experience: 3 years PACU experience with recent years. Must be able to read telemetry strips. ICU experience required. Pre- and post-procedure TEE/CV/Cath/EP/OR procedures. Cardiac drips, IVs, tele monitoring, Phase 1 care, groin management, EKGs.

Unit Details: Patient ratios: 2:1 for Phase 1 care; up to 3-4 in 23-hour stay. Uses IV pumps, PCAs, epidurals, A-lines, tele monitoring, and TEE/CV. Patient population includes Cath/EP, TEE cardioversion, OR procedures, pre/post vascular, robotic TAVRs, and pediatric caths.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 48 per week preferred; 36 per week acceptable. Saturday day scheduled every other weekend. Rotating call. Weekend call every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Will float to Bramhall PACU, IMC, and ICU as needed.
