Tdap declinations are not accepted at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Required Credentials: Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required.
Unit Details: Evaluates patients, develops goals and treatment plans, administers speech therapy treatments, documents treatment, and communicates with physicians and other healthcare staff. Neonatal, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend and on-call required.
