Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Skills/Experience: ER or transplant experience preferred.
Preferred Credentials: LICSW preferred.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Perm candidates of any other Providence facility (non-Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract only if they have been separated for at least 3 months. Manager interview required prior to offer; candidate must be available to interview. All positions at Providence Health & Services require any lab items requested during onboarding to be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract. Candidates must be responsive and willing to complete health orders as soon as possible after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Case load varies from 10 new patients a week. Verifying caregivers over the phone. Completing psychosocial evaluations for pre/post liver transplant patients. Stationed outpatient, but does provide evaluations for inpatient, depending on department needs.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends or holidays. No call requirements.
