All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: EP, IR, vascular, monitoring, and neuro experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Coil embolization preferred. CTO, peripherals, venous access, rhythm interpretation, Philips X-Ray System, variety of atherectomy devices, variety of thrombectomy devices, temporary LVAD support, McKesson for Cath Lab, and MacLab/Cardio Lab for EP preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Assignment length may vary: 13 or 26 weeks. Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13 week assignment.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Unit performs diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, STEMI, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, structural heart cases (PFO, TAVR, Mitral Clip), interventional radiology procedures including lines, drains, embolizations, lower/upper extremities, fistulas, visceral angio/intervention, stroke thrombectomy, neurointervention, and CRM device implants. Charting: Epic.

Shift & Scheduling: Call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend. Some Saturdays are required for regular shifts; this will not be an extra shift but part of the 4 scheduled shifts for the week. Flexible contract hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks.

Floating Requirements: May float to IR, EP.
