Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned a Basic Arrhythmia exam and a Pharmacology exam. Failing the exams twice will result in immediate cancellation by the facility.
Preferred Skills/Experience: IR experience preferred.
Unit Details: Assists with invasive and diagnostic/interventional procedures, including scrubbing, circulating, monitoring, recording hemodynamic parameters, operating interventional equipment/devices, and assisting with contrast media. Examples of IR procedures include diagnostic and interventional peripheral procedures/venograms (aortagram, LE, UE, visceral, carotid, AV fistula, embolization, IVC filter, lytics, dialysis, Quinton cath, TIPS, PICC, biopsy) and non-vascular procedures (drain, G/J tube, kidney tubes, THC biliary). Use of lead apron required.
Shift & Scheduling: Start times 07a-330p, 08a-430p, and 09a-530p. On-call required in rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.
