Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Hospital-setting Cardiac Cath/IR more than 3 years.
Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Shift & Scheduling:
- Weeknight/Call Requirements: Minimum 10 shifts.
- Weekend/Call Requirements: Minimum 2 weekends (1 IR and 1 Cardiac).
- Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes.
- What is call response time?: 30 minutes from IMC, ASAP to LKS/MCB.
Floating Requirements: Will need to float for call to all 3 campuses (Immanuel, Lakeside and Mercy CB)- all within 6-15 miles of each other.
Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
