PAPR & Fit Testing Requirement: PAPR use is not guaranteed across all departments and must be flagged at submission. All applicants must be willing to shave to pass the mandatory N95 fit test to avoid a rescinded offer.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have cardiac cases experience - This must be displayed on the resume or your candidate will be rejected

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer experience in operating room setting

Required Credentials: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)

Preferred Credentials: Courses in operating room technology, science, biology and chemistry preferred.
