Required Skills/Experience:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with fluoroscopy studies, enema studies, surgery/C-arm, ER, portables, OR, NICU, PICU, and ICU is preferred.
Level I trauma experience is preferred.
Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Preferred Credentials:
ARRT advanced certification is preferred.
Fluoro Permit is preferred.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
All types of CT exams with and without contrast are performed.
Daily caseload: 20.

Shift & Scheduling:
Friday-Sunday.
