Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital and Community Hospital Experience. EP experience preferred.
Required Credentials: ARRT required.
Special Requests: Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit. Must live 75+ miles from facility; no locals will be considered. Assignment confirmation is due within 24 hours of offer. Cannot apply to multiple jobs at once.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Call team is 2 RNs + 1 Rad Tech. Rotation in EP Lab. 8–10 procedures per day. 6–8 STEMI cases per month. Table panning and scrubbing diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases. Uses Shockwave, Balloon Pump, Impella, EKOS, Penumbra, and ACIST injector. Device implants include pacemakers and ICDs (single, dual, Bi-V), plus peripheral diagnostics and interventions. Cross-trained in EP for ablations; training available. Uses both radial and groin access.
Shift & Scheduling: Must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12). Monday to Friday schedule with a rotating weekday off. 8 to 10 days per month of on-call expectation. Normal rotation is one night a week (1730 to 0700) and one weekend every 3 weeks with call on Friday 1730-0700 and 0700 to 0700 on Saturday and Sunday. Must respond within 30 mins for STEMI alerts.
Floating Requirements: Floating required within scope.
