Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

- RTO must be listed at time of submission.

- System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
- May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard.

- Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Rehabilitation Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assessment, Body Mechanics, Orthopedics, Cervicalgia, Low back pain, Post op cervical surgery, Post op shoulder repair, Post op spinal surgery, Spinal Conditions, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, Neurologic, Cognitive disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Professional Skills and Knowledge, Home Exercise Program, Patient family education.
Required Credentials:
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Shift & Scheduling:
- This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
- No weekend requirement.
- No call.
Floating Requirements:
- All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
