Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience. First-time travelers not accepted.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. RTO restrictions: confirm with hiring manager. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - must have left in good status, if former employee.
Unit Details: May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. No call. Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
