Special Requests: You are not allowed to work for both Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts simultaneously. You must choose one or the other.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Expected productivity is 6 points per day / 30 points per week. PT point values include: Death at home 0.5; discharge without visit 0.5; follow-up 2; initial evaluation 1.5; lab draw 0.5; OASIS discharge 1.5; preceptor day NN 6; preceptor day other 5.6; reassessment 1.5; recertification 2; regular visit 1; resumption of care 2; ROC in last 5 days 2; start of care 2.75; supervisory therapy 1.
Shift & Scheduling: Call required: Varies by location, will be discussed upon interview. Weekends are not required, but weekend days can be used as needed to make up for missed time during the week. Office is closed on major holidays. Team members, including travelers, are free to work on holidays with proper communication to the manager.
