Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Unit Details:
- All patients are seen in the home health setting.
- Common diagnoses/patient types: general ortho (hips, knees), generalized weakness, strengthening, cardiac rehab.
- Productivity expectation: 5-6 units per day (SOC=2, discharge=1, recert=1.5, regular visit=1).
- Coverage area includes Braxton, Gilmer, Calhoun, Nicholas, Webster, Clay, Randolph, and Pocahontas counties. Coverage will be worked out depending on where the therapist lives; current coverage already includes Randolph and Pocahontas, and ideal additional coverage is Webster/Nicholas Counties.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday-Friday.
- Self-scheduling allowed; PTs may move patients around on their schedule according to area as long as initial and reassessment guidelines are met.
- No weekend requirements.
- No holiday requirements.
