    Additional Information

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting required.
    • 12 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience required.
    • Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience required.
    • Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting required.
    • Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures required.
    • Peripheral vascular experience required.

    Required Credentials:

    • RCIS/CCI accepted.

    Preferred Credentials:

    • ARRT (CI) highly preferred.

    Special Requests:

    • Unless the unit is closed, required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
    • Past UPH employees who worked as FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool within the past 12 months cannot work travel in another market; prior UPH travel assignments do not trigger this separation policy.

    Unit Details:

    • Vascular procedures.
    • Duties include scrub, circulate, and monitor.
    • Call team covers both facilities (ILH/IMMC), with most emergencies at IMMC (Level I).

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • On-call every 3rd evening and every 3rd weekend.

    Floating Requirements:

    • Required to float across campuses when needed.
