    Additional Details:

    Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned a Basic Arrhythmia exam & a Pharmacology exam. If you fail the exams twice, this will result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

    Required Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Documentation of Specialist Certification.

    Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri, 2 Weekends or 4 weekend days within 13-week contract, Occasional Holidays. Day/Evening.

    LTAC nurses are responsible for providing direct patient care. Some responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering and maintaining IV infusions, providing wound care, providing wound vacs, and coordinating care. Many patients are treated for degenerative conditions, injuries, or life-altering conditions. LTAC nurses care for patients over an extended period of time, usually 25 days or more, and they have the opportunity to truly build rapport with patients.
