- Mon-Fri or able to work a shifted schedule Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu.
- Flexible contract hours: 40 or 36 per week.

Floating Requirements:
- May work in SNF and Home Health settings, including Grand Island SNF, Hastings SNF, and home health in the surrounding areas.

Evaluates independent living skills, occupational performance, prevocational work adjustment, educational skills, play-leisure abilities, social skills, and psychosocial skills; develops short- and long-term treatment goals, frequency and duration. Designs and fabricates adaptive equipment and orthotic devices, provides joint protection and body mechanics training, communicates goals and progress to patients and families, assists with discharge planning and home therapy instruction, and may supervise students.
