Required Skills/Experience: In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to. Acute and Ortho experience required. Competency/knowledge in CMS skilled criteria/medical necessity guidelines required. At least one year IP experience (outside of student clinicals),ability to work alone, as this PT is the lone PT provider in the IP setting, competency/knowledge in CMS skilled criteria/medical necessity guidelines.

Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift.

Unit Details: Hybrid of acute and ambulatory rehab coverage. Works independently as the lone PT provider in the inpatient setting. Age groups treated: pediatrics to geriatrics.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Weekend availability required; occasional weekend coverage may be needed depending on hospital's needs. No call required.
