Physical Therapist

Required skills/experience: One year of HH experience required.

Shift & schedule requirements: M-F.

Floating requirements: PT would be mainly Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mt Lk . Terrace, Bothell, S. Snohomish, Everett, Mukilteo. They would need to be available for the 50+mile radius of the office.

Special request requirements: There is a productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week with documentation needing to be completed by 10am the following day.

Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri.
- Some flexibility in schedule; outpatient (8, 9, or 10hr days) start at 7:30am.
- No weekend requirements.
- No holiday requirements.

Floating Requirements:
- Inpatient, outpatient, and LTC; typically assigned to a specific area with the potential to float to help cover another area.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Typical patients include orthopedic, trauma, CVA, amputation, debility, Parkinson's disease, COPD, and cardiac cases.
Support includes Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Social Services, and Rapid Response Teams.
Average daily census is 10 patients.

Shift & Scheduling:
No call.
Weekend coverage is required on occasion to help fill regular staff.

Floating Requirements:
May float to Medical, Surgical, ICU, Same Day Surgery, Inpatient Rehab, and ED.
