Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Stepdown/PCU experience.
- Needs 2 recent years of experience in Cath lab and ARRT.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Strong Trauma Level 1 experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
- A graduate of post-secondary educational program in health science (includes, but not limited to, cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, or paramedic/EMT) as defined by ARRT or CCI.
- Completion of JRCERT accredited Military Educational Program is accepted in lieu of other educational requirements.
- If a BSN degree is the highest level of education, verify the graduation date and upload a copy of your diploma to your credentials.
Unit Details:
- OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center is Oklahoma’s only Level I Trauma Center.
- Will work with difficult cases.
- Assists providers with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures including cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, angiography, device implantation, biopsies, thrombectomy, embolization, and pain management.
- Acts as a scrub tech during procedures.
- Handles STEMI, shock, VAD, ECMO, and structural heart cases.
- Uses Phillips and Siemens imaging equipment.
- Uses Xper hemosystem.
Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call clinical coverage outside regularly scheduled duty hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
Floating Requirements:
- Travelers will be first to float.
