    Additional Details:

    All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

    References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).

    Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

    Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers not accepted.

    Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

    Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network; must have left in good status if a former employee.

    Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.

    Shift & Scheduling: No on-call required. No weekends required. Tuesday through Friday schedule.

    Floating Requirements: No floating between units.
