Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Required Skills/Experience: LTC or rehab experience required. New grads okay as long as they have Level II experience and not just Level I observation experience.
Preferred Credentials: 3 years of experience holding active CCS preferred.
Unit Details: Productivity for evaluating therapists is 88-90%. SLP treatment times are typically 30 minutes, with potentially 10-14 patients scheduled per day depending on the number of evaluations. Group therapy is allowed. Each therapist typically has a dedicated device for documentation. May supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. Therapists' start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. No weekends unless a holiday falls within Mon-Fri, then hours may be made up on the weekend. No call.
