Additional Details:
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in RT including critical care, intubation and arterial line insertion experience, travel experience.
Required Credentials: Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization, 2 attempts allowed.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Every other holiday.
Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
