References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Unit Details: Pelvic health outpatient physical therapy role seeing male and female pelvic floor patients. Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.

Special Requests: RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days. Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule is M-F. No weekends. Open to 13-26 Week contracts
