Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: 1 year, would prefer Home Health experience but willing to consider other PT experience

Experience with the following patient types: Post-ortho surgeries, post-surgeries, fall risks, deconditioning, mobility issues, Adults and Some Children

Required Credentials: Bachelor’s or above in PT

Unit / Facility Details: Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.

Driver’s license, car, auto insurance - Required

Special Requests: Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility."

Shift & Scheduling: This could be (4) 10’s or (5) 8’s. Weekend rotation

Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday

No Call Requirement

Holiday Expectations: Open for all holidays, 6 major holidays and minor holidays. 50% of holidays in contract

Monday - Friday

Floating Requirement: Will cover Aroostook County (Presque Isle is main town in Aroostook County)

Could travel between 50-100 miles per day
