Required Credentials: Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Unit Details: Treats patients of all ages. Provides supervision to PTA and rehabilitation technicians.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. No weekend shifts. No holiday shifts.

Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between the following sites: Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
