Additional Details:

RNs Only - All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test.

No Temp Licenses' accepted.

• Exposure to human bodily fluids, disease, infection and hazardous materials may occur. Common protective or safety equipment may be required in job task.

Required Credentials: Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Preferred Credentials: Preferred along with PT. OT and SLP licenses.

Unit/Facility Details: Inpatient and Acute units. Parking Available

Shift & Scheduling:

M-F

One Weekend required per month.

Holidays as required
