Special Requests:

• At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
• Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• Must note in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If the clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
• Each employment history entry on the resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience with 2nd and 3rd trimester scans.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Vascular experience.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Varying shifts 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. Weeknight and weekend call rotation.
• Weekend requirements: On-call rotation.
• Holiday requirements: On-call rotation.

Floating Requirements:

• Need to cover Weston, Wausau, and Merrill Centers.
