Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Home Health experience required.

Unit Details: Coverage area includes Riverdale, Conley, Ellenwood, Tyrone, Morrow, Rex, Brooks, Jackson, and Locust Grove. Average 6-7 visits per day depending on type of visit.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday.

Floating Requirements: May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed.
