Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers accepted with the right experience. Experience with adults primarily, with rare school-aged children, including post-ortho/post-surgical, fall risk, deconditioning, and mobility-issue patients. Preferred Skills/Experience: Home Health experience preferred; willing to consider other PT experience. Required Credentials: Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date. Driver's license, car, and auto insurance required. Special Requests: You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility. Unit Details: Mostly adult patients; may occasionally see school-aged children. Common diagnoses include post-ortho/post-surgical cases, fall risks, deconditioning, and mobility issues. Scheduler support available; leader available by phone; PT leads. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation is 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday. No call. Open for all holidays, including 6 major holidays and minor holidays; 50% of holidays in contract. 0800-1700, Monday-Friday. Manager is willing to consider 4 10h shifts as well. Floating Requirements: Will cover Aroostook County (Presque Isle is the main town in Aroostook County). Could travel between 50-100 miles per day.
