Unit and facility details: Territory- Walla Walla County, lower part of Columbia Co and into Umatilla County 60 miles.  They would be assigned to a geographic team, and work with a manager and an interdisciplinary team.

Physical Therapist

Required Credentials: Licenses: Must have WA, needs OR- can start with WA while obtaining OR

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

Floating Requirements: Territory:  Walla Walla County, lower part of Columbia Co and into Umatilla County 60 miles.  They would be assigned to a geographic team, and work with a manager and an interdisciplinary team.

Unit and facility details: Territory: 4 large counties in our area, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce. The need would be in any of those territories. There is a productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week with documentation needing to be completed by 10am the following day.

Required skills/experience: One year of HH experience required.

Shift & schedule requirements: M-F

Special request requirements: They would need to be available for the 50+mile radius of the office. There is a productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week with documentation needing to be completed by 10am the following day.
