Additional Information
Required Skills/Experience:
- 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting required.
- 12 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience required.
- Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience required.
- Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting required.
- Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures required.
- Peripheral vascular experience required.
Required Credentials:
- RCIS/CCI accepted.
Preferred Credentials:
- ARRT (CI) highly preferred.
Special Requests:
- Unless the unit is closed, required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
- Past UPH employees who worked as FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool within the past 12 months cannot work travel in another market; prior UPH travel assignments do not trigger this separation policy.
Unit Details:
- Vascular procedures.
- Duties include scrub, circulate, and monitor.
- Call team covers both facilities (ILH/IMMC), with most emergencies at IMMC (Level I).
Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call every 3rd evening and every 3rd weekend.
Floating Requirements:
- Required to float across campuses when needed.
