Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check, including any Sanford Health employment. Previous employees of Sanford Health, Good Samaritan Society, or Marshfield Clinic Health System must have ended employment at least 6 months prior to submission. Local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles are not accepted.
Unit Details: Assist Radiologists during procedures with scrubbing and coordinating the room during cases. Scheduling and coding of procedures. Post-procedure film processing with charting and billing case and supplies. Works independently for smaller interventional cases and in a two-team pair for large angiography work. Uses Sectra PACS, Toshiba IR Machine, and Siemens Ultrasound Unit.
Shift & Scheduling: May need to finish a case if it is started late. Call required; evening and weekend rotation. Call is around 10 days or less per month roughly, about 2 days a week or less depending on time-off schedules for weekly call.
Floating Requirements: Mainly working in Interventional Radiology with floating to other departments (CT) to assist with procedures.
