Occupational Therapist

Required Skills/Experience:
- LTC or rehab experience required.
- New grads considered with Level II experience; Level I observation experience alone is not sufficient.

Unit Details:
- Treats patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.
- Responsibilities include screening/evaluation, developing plans of care, standardized assessments, and rehabilitative treatment.
- Procedures include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices.
- Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
- May supervise occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students.

Shift & Scheduling:
- No weekends.
- No call.

- May supervise and support students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.

Shift & Scheduling:
- 35 hours per week.
- No weekends.
- No call.
